RETURNS

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of purchase. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and must not be damaged in any way.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To return an item, please contact Customer Service to obtain a return address. Once you receive the address, securely repack the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

Returns are free in some cases. If you are returning an item and the reason for the return is not due to an error on the part of lonborus.com, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS

After we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the date you receive your item for us to process your return or exchange. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

The shop does not limit the number of days for canceling an order. If the order has not yet been shipped, cancellations are accepted.
