RETURNS
To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of purchase. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and must not be damaged in any way.
RETURN PROCEDURE
To return an item, please contact Customer Service to obtain a return address. Once you receive the address, securely repack the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
Returns are free in some cases. If you are returning an item and the reason for the return is not due to an error on the part of lonborus.com, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
REFUNDS
After we receive your return and inspect the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 days from the date you receive your item for us to process your return or exchange.
